Features

The high performance Epson L1300 brings together high quality printing and extreme affordability in the world’s first 4-color A3+ original ink tank system printer. Its capability to print large A3 size sheets allows you to print 5760 dpi high resolution images useful for drawings, plans, charts and more. This  inkjet printer features a state of the art print head to achieve high printing speeds of 15 ipm, not only does it give a high resolution but also high efficiency in the ink usage. It gives a high yield of 7,100 pages for 2 bottles of black ink and 5700 pages of composite yield on cyan, magenta and yellow colours. The ink loading mechanisms use patented bottle designs that ensure mess-free refills of the printer’s ink tanks. This device can print on various types of media like thick paper, envelopes, photo paper, labels, etc., making it a versatile tool for all your printing jobs.

Print Function

The Epson L1300 uses an on-demand ink jet technology and a highly efficient Micro Piezo printhead that sprays ultra-fine ink on to the paper. The spray nozzle configurations involve 360 nozzles for black and 59 nozzles for each of the three colours giving a high resolution of 5760×1440 dpi.  It prints text documents at a speed of 30 ppm and colour at 17 ppm. It takes about 31 seconds to print out a photo and features double-sided printing as well.

Paper Handling

The printer features a rear feeding tray that can store and feed all types of paper. It can handle paper sizes starting at A3+, A3, B4, A4, A5, letter paper size, envelopes and much more, which are friction fed into the printer. The input capacity is 100 sheets of A4 plain paper and 20 sheets of premium glossy photo paper. It has an output capacity of 50 sheets of A4 plain paper and 30 sheets of premium glossy photo paper. It can print on a maximum paper size of 32.8×111.7 cm.

Software and connectivity

The Epson L1300 is compatible with Windows XP and Windows XP Professional, x64 Edition as well as WindowsVista, Windows7,8and8.1, Mac OS X 10.5.8 or later versions. It uses a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 for fast transfer of data.

Electrical specifications

This machine runs on AC 220-240 V and 50-60 Hz and is as power efficient as it is effective at printing. It consumes approximately 20W of power for printing, 6.9W on standby and 1.6W on sleep mode.
